The hand of the Alpha and Omega is not too short that it cannot save, and His ears are not blocked that He cannot hear. The problem is that we seldom know, let alone do what’s good for us. The disciples had the opportunity of averting falling into an impending temptation, but they lacked the strength and stamina to obey the counsel of their Master and Saviour. They refused to ‘watch and pray,’ despite being told what was good for them. They allowed the adversary to sift them like wheat when they had unhindered access to the power and might of God. This book exposes how we expose ourselves to unpleasant experiences and defeat at the hands of our adversaries because we don’t know what’s good for us, and when we do know, we fail to walk the path. If we know what’s good for us, we will certainly make key amends to our lifestyle after reading this Spirit-inspired book.
